Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as your item(s) were purchased from netherathletic.com and meet our return conditions, you have up to 14 days to send the item back to us.

What items can I return?

We only accept returns if:

You received the wrong item
You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
Your item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible, your return must be:

Requested within 14 days of delivery
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
Supported with clear photo proof of the issue

If your return is approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a Refund if the item is out of stock.

What is not eligible for return or refund?

To keep our systems fast, fair, and efficient, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect item/size selected by the customer at checkout
Items marked as Final Sale
Custom or personalized items
Courier-related delays (delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed)

No Refunds Policy

All sales are Final, We do not issue refunds. We only offer refunds for eligible faulty or incorrect items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to request a return

Email us at support@netherathletic.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the item received
